• Bugfix:
  Selection of comport using commandline fixed

  Option 'Erase before prog.' fixed

Test now:

The new Beta version of M16C-Flasher - now with R8C/13-Support

• Select used microcontroller
  So all the features of the different microcontrollers are supported
  It's also possible to support block erase for all devices.
  
• Microcontroller-List as a textfile
  Now it's easier to add new microcontrollers to the flasher
