Recent filemenu added
Select file once, program x-times with 'Prog'-button (see option 'Load file once')
Uncheck this option and the flasher asks every time for a filename before programming
(like before)
CRC output added
Bugfix: Flasher always takes ID: 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 as last used ID.
